GOOD NEWS CLUB (a non-denominational religious club that teaches respect, honor, morals and character development from a Christian perspective) is offered for students in grades 1-5 weekly. The Club is held on Tuesdays 3:45 p.m.-5:15 p.m., when school is in session, at the Community Wesleyan Church. Students will either be dropped off at the church by their parents/guardians/

authorized parental designee or will be picked up by Staff at the Land Rush apartments. Children will learn character education through Bible stories, Bible verses, songs, devotional books, plays and DVDs.

The program is free and open to children with or without any previous religious education or church experience.  In the spirit

of unity and commitment to healthy values, our goal is to bring out the greatest potential of each student, enabling each to grow into a well-adjusted person. TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD, please complete the form below. A parent or guardian or authorized parental designee is required to pick up your child

at the end of each session (5:15 p.m.). Our staff could be the authorized parental designee for the Land Rush apartments. PLEASE FILL OUT the bottom section of this form and return it to Mrs. Barbara Good by September 12, 2023. (Later slips will be accepted.) We will follow the schedule listed on the back of

this page, which follows the Baldwinsville schools’ calendar. Attendance will be taken. We are requesting that parents schedule medical, dental and other appointments at times not to conflict with Good News Club classes. NOTE: Please keep your child home is he/she is sick.  PICK UP TIME: You will be required to sign out your child. If you have any questions, please
